Opel development report (on-line evaluation peer learning &) connects Phang-YEUNG Wai Mei Communications Department studies — digital graphics communications, school of communications research pilot study reported in this abstract the creation process and the findings of the peer evaluation platform for online visual communication topics accordingly. Opal (a peer evaluation learning &) is a Web-based platform that included a dynamic database of examples of their work assignment selective student assessments on the work of it. The aim of the project was to investigate whether Opel to improve student learning of communication design courses need the value of the function over form. Observation of this study showed evidence that students found the experience of Opal to evaluate the work of this fun and inspiring as well. 80 first year students who were not necessarily communication all graphic communications program. This course is designed to focus both in theory and practice; Therefore, it was not only passive but active class assessment grade which required the students to create original solutions for design problems. Although the students use a variety of tools in the process of conceptualization, the process of performing mainly involves using the computer to output of their work. Very quickly, I was following this course challenges for teaching and learning: • design course required output since my authentic or simulated situations for design problems in the real world, I rarely answer model. Students or should rely on the restriction of the guide or learn of other classroom solution.
