01-05 Acura MDX's cabin air filter replacement of OEM
1. filter is located behind the glove compartment. I open the 2 screws at the bottom of the glove compartment cover to release them. Remove the glove box and set it aside.
2. cut the plastic cover along the dotted lines shown and remove it. Dispose off plastic, is no longer needed. This exposes the metal cross bar. Detect and remove 2 more bolts securing bar. Remove and set it aside.
3. filter access door is currently inaccessible. Pull the top and bottom tabs to release the door. Remove the door and set it aside.

3. grasp the handle, slide out the old filter. Filter replacement and ???, TYC air flow arrow pointing to the driver.
4. Reinstall in reverse order.
